Joseph Beaty is a Multi-Instrumentalist, producer and songwriter that resides in the Adirondack Mountain region of New York. Joseph is also an active member of various musical projects including: A Cave In Bloom, Peeking Through The Noise & Blur Beside You.

Joseph’s musical journey began at a young age in the Chicago region. Playing bass and guitar in several local bands. Metal, Alternative, Industrial & Electronic music were heavy influences on his early technique and style.

He later relocated to South Florida where Punk and Goth shows were buzzing with excitement. Blending all these genres and vibes, Joseph would go on to form the band, Mindlikewater. The band would open for acts such as The Faint, Silversun Pickups, and many more at one off shows and festivals in Florida and East Coast of the United States.

Joseph moved to upstate NY in 2011 to start a family. He has released several full length solo records including a vinyl release in late 2023 titled, Our Hunger Never Sleeps. His full discography can be purchased via bandcamp by clicking here.
